CANCELLATION

Term Programs

Where a student is attending for the first time, classes can be terminated by the end of Week 3.
Any fees paid for the remainder of the term in these circumstances will be refunded.
In the event of illness, if notified prior to the class, we will carry over a make-up session to the following term (one class per term when full term fees have been paid).
Please note that make-up classes have no monetary value.

Workshops

Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 7 days before an event will incur a 30% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.

EXPECTATIONS

Term Programs

We reserve the right to exclude students from class at our own discretion.
Full disclosure of medical conditions and/or behavioural concerns MUST be provided during enrolment.
Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
It is EXPECTED that parents drop off AND pick up their child from the classroom each week. No student is permitted to leave the room without a parent, or pre-arranged guardian.
Parents / Guardians are welcome to watch the classes for the first two weeks, however after that we ask that you wait outside the room as we find the students settle more quickly and maintain focus without distractions.
Families will be invited to watch the final class of each term to enjoy listening to what we have learnt.
